Parking
Private garage space included – plus info on resident parking and car parks.

- Garage: a private space in a double garage (left side) is included – for one car, no searching, no risk of a ticket.
- Car park nearby – the closest option (approx. 4 min) – ideal for a second car or if the garage is too small.
- Car park at the main station – a good backup option.
- Municipal parking – for a monthly space during longer stays.
- On-street: the apartment is in a resident parking zone – Mon–Fri during the day resident parking; non-residents may park for max. 2 hours with a parking disc. Evenings, at night and on weekends it is free. Permanent free on-street parking right by the house is not possible.

House rules

- The front garden is private; the back belongs to the lower apartment.
- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
- The kitchen has a gas stove – after cooking, please always make sure all knobs are turned to the off position.
